Cosmological boost factor for dark matter annihilation at redshifts of z=10?100 using the power spectrum approach

چکیده
We compute the cosmological boost factor at high redshifts of $z=10$-$100$ by integrating non-linear matter power spectrum measured from high-resolution $N$-body simulations. An accurate is required to estimate energy injection dark annihilation, which may affect re-ionization process. combined various box-size simulations (side lengths $1 \, {\rm kpc}$-$10 Mpc}$) cover a wide range scales, i.e. $k=1$-$10^7 Mpc}^{-1}$. The consistent with linear theory prediction $z \gtrsim 50$ but strongly enhanced \lesssim 40$ as result clustering. Although free-streaming damping was imposed $k_{\rm fs}=10^6 Mpc}^{-1}$ in initial spectrum, disappears later times $z\lesssim40$ transfer large small scales. Because do not explore very small-scale clustering $k>10^7 Mpc}^{-1}$, our lower bound on 40$. A simple fitting function also presented.

Dark matter annihilation at cosmological redshifts: possible relic signal from weakly interacting massive particles annihilation
We discuss the possibility to observe the products of dark matter annihilation that was going on in the early Universe. Of all the particles that could be generated by this process we consider only photons, as they are both uncharged and easily detectable. The earlier the Universe was, the higher the dark matter concentration n and the annihilation rate (proportional to n) were. However, the em...

We investigate the cosmological Fisher information in the non-linear dark-matter power spectrum in the context of the halo model. We find that there is a plateau in information content on translinear scales which is generic to all cosmological parameters we tried. There is a rise in information on smaller scales, but we find that it is quite degenerate among different cosmological parameters (e...
متن کاملThe Power Spectrum Dependence of Dark Matter Halo Concentrations
High-resolution N-body simulations are used to examine the power spectrum dependence of the concentration of galaxy-sized dark matter halos. It is found that dark halo concentrations depend on the amplitude of mass fluctuations as well as on the ratio of power between small and virial mass scales. This finding is consistent with the original results of Navarro, Frenk & White (NFW), and allows t...
متن کاملTriaxial haloes, intrinsic alignments and the dark matter power spectrum
We develop the halo model of large-scale structure to include triaxial dark matter haloes and their intrinsic alignments. As a direct application we derive general expressions for the two-point correlation function and the power spectrum. We then focus on the power spectrum and numerically solve the general expressions for two different models of the triaxial profiles. The first is a toy-model ...
